- If you have aspirations to commence your career as a Head-hunter you could join our team as an Associate Consultant which is an ideal way to understand and learn the skills and gain the knowledge required. As a trainee, prior recruitment experience is beneficial although not essential as ongoing training and development is provided. However ability to focus, career dedication, ability to consistently learn new subjects, strong communication skills and high values are a pre-requisite.
