Our work within the Corporate Market commenced in 1996, initially driven by introduction from our clients within the other sectors we serve.
The business goals of our corporate clients have required them to continually provide an improved service to their own clients in a competitive market where market share, revenues, profit and share holder value are key. Their dependence upon the delivery and use of competitive edge IT solutions in order to support their service has increased, which has driven the need to recruit new leaders, or to improve skills or delivery skills through to hiring specialist subject matter expertise.
Our work has involved hiring skills from either the IT and Services Industry or best of breed specialist skills from other Corporate organisations. In particular focusing on the hiring of skills with a competitive angle from other key competitors.
This has resulted in an improvement in the overall capabilities to support their business needs, helping them to increase market share, profits and value to their shareholders.
