Sara Thomas
Sara Thomas founded Aspen in 1987. Her objective, to support and add value to recognised global Tier One Solutions, Technology and Service Providers across EMEA to build sustainable businesses through the provision of strong skills and people.
Working with US and EMEA Executive Boards and Senior Management teams, Sara has supported a variety of Tier One Enterprise Software, Service, Systems Integration, Outsource and Telecoms, Internet and Media companies to successfully build or change their EMEA businesses. Sara’s specialist skills are her understanding of supporting high growth or major change combined with her ability to interpret her clients' business objectives into the acquisition of key people and talent.
Prior to founding Aspen, Sara worked within the industry she serves. Her focus was working at board level with clients and leading sales of large multi million pound business solutions.
Ben Thomas
Ben Thomas joined Aspen in 1996 from a successful ten-year career in sales in the IT industry. Ben worked within a large global IT vendor selling directly to Enterprise Customers and, immediately prior to joining Aspen, in a smaller US software business, where Ben led a combined direct and channel sales team spanning the UK, the Middle East and Africa regions.
For clients and candidates, Ben brings a complementary set of experience, working with a diversity of Aspen EMEA clients to help them build and shape their businesses, often expanding into new markets or business areas across EMEA. Ben’s expertise includes being able to assimilate new markets and interpret this into the people who will succeed.
